# How to cancel my subscription?

We're sad to know you're leaving us... 😢

But no problem, here are the steps to **cancel your subscription in a few clicks**, no need to go through registered letter or to call us arguing 5 hours, even if we would have done our best to keep you longer it's true...

1. Go to your [team subscription page](https://pickaw.app/team/subscription)
2. Click on the **Manage subscription** button
3. After being redirected to your customer portal, click on **Cancel plan**
4. Then click **Cancel plan** again to confirm

All is good, you're now unsubscribed! We hope to see you soon 💙

| When cancelling your subscription, no refunds/prorations will be made. However, you will continue to enjoy your features until the end of the current period.
