How to cancel my subscription?
We're sad to know you're leaving us... 😢
But no problem, here are the steps to cancel your subscription in a few clicks, no need to go through registered letter or to call us arguing 5 hours, even if we would have done our best to keep you longer it's true...
Go to your team subscription page
Click on the Manage subscription button
After being redirected to your customer portal, click on Cancel plan
Then click Cancel plan again to confirm
All is good, you're now unsubscribed! We hope to see you soon 💙
If you have any questions, we're always available from anywhere.
When cancelling your subscription, no refunds/prorations will be made. However, you will continue to enjoy your features until the end of the current period.
