Why some accounts are winning multiples times per day?

Since our draws are 100% truly random, if some accounts are winning multiple times per day, it's because they're doing a lot of contests and also because they're lucky. In addition to that, if they put all their chances on their side, they will increase even more their probabilities to be picked and win.
Another important thing is that seeing someone winning multiple times is subjective: if you're in the same community (same language, region, domain...) and stay in that community, most of the time it will be the same accounts that will participate. So you'll most likely to see them winning multiple times, and it's even more amplified if you're in a community of a few people (let's say up to some thousands).
